All-purpose Fruity

Cleanser without toxins!

Fruit-based Cleanser

​Here is the quick note of how to DIY your cleaning liquids made with fruit leftovers!
 

  • Ingredient:

    • ​Plastic bottle with an air-tight lid

    • 100 grams of sugar

    • 300 grams of fruit rind and pulp

    • 1 litre of tap water

  • Steps:

    1. ​Add water to the container.

    2. Add sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.

    3. Cut the fruit rind into small pieces and add them to the container.

    4. Stir evenly, soak them in the sugar water.

    5. Mark the production date on the bottle.

    6. Place it in a cool and ventilated place, and wait for it to ferment for 3 months before use.
       

  • Every day of the first month, please open the lid to release the oxygen build-up, and press down the floating food waste to let it soak in the sugar water.

  • Leave the cap half-way tightened to give the gas an outlet at all times.
     

  • Mix the filtered fluid and your all-purpose detergent with water in the portion of 1:10 and clean up!

  • Papaya, pomelo rind, and pineapple are the recommended cleanser!

Energy Saving Tips

  1. Switch off the home appliances completely and
    do not keep in the standby mode.

  2. Avoid putting the home appliances at humid, dusty, high temperature or sunlight area, to maintain its durable period.

  3. Make good use of natural sunlight can reduce the need for lighting.

  4. Make sure you close all the windows while using an air-conditioner. 

  5. Use fan first when you feel hot as it consumes ten times less electricity then air-conditioner. 

  6. Maintain good indoor ventilation by opening as many windows as possible, to lower the indoor temperature which helps to reduce the reliability on air-conditioning.

  1. Select seasonal and regional food
    to reduce the food miles.

  2. Avoid beef and cheese to reduce GHG emissions
    by far from ruminant animals.

  3. Select vegan alternatives in stead of meat.

  4. Say no to flying fishes and fruits (Air-freighted Food).

  5. Choose the least processed alternative
    with minimal packaging.

    to reduce leftover and disposable tableware
